Sales Strategy
We will work alongside the Sales agent to establish a method of sale, pricing strategy, buyer targeting strategy. marketing campaign structure, campaign timeline and inspection schedule. Our focus is to position the propoerty effectively in the market to maximise buyer competition.
Campaign Oversight
We will monitor the performance of the appointed sales agent, assess campaign effectiveness and provide regular updates and reccomendations.
Negotiation & Contract Support

Following the sale, we continue t assist through coordination with the selling agent and solicitor/conveyancer, monitor contract milestones.
